This is how things are going to play out probably in the Middle East after locating the bodies of: Gil-Ad Shaer, Naftali Fraenkel and Eyal Yifrah’ who were abducted 18 days ago:
-) Weak and feeble condemnation by the world community at best. While in there hearts the world is probably saying what they will never voice since it is not politically correct: It just another 3 Jews that Hitler didn’t get- good reddens.
-) Israel will most probably retaliate in Gaza targeting Hamas and other Military objectives. Since these objectives are close and within Civilian population’ most probably, there will be Palestinian Civilian casualties/ And Then the international community will rise up in an uproar against Israel.
-) Both sides are adding there share to the flames of the conflict but it is high time for the intellectual left in Europe to take a good look at there actions in this conflict and realize that as long as they continue to assign all the blame and responsibility to this conflict on Israel the solution will continue to elude all of us.
A positive contribution of the intellectual left in Europe to solve this conflict would be a honest inventory of the blame and responsibility of the Arab (Palestinian)/ Israeli conflict.
